If I calculate the spectrum for the new spectrum 2, new spectrum 3, why the result always remains the same with the new spectrum 1?

Answer by Sean Hill

The results remains the same because it's possible that the settings don't change for every item. To fix this, simply access each item and change the settings to make your needs. If you're duplicating the first spectrum, then the application will display the same results for the original file used a duplication source.
